Some association has given a misleading letter to Director (HR). some extracts are pointed out below.

"It is pertinent to mention here that JTOs recruited for the year 1995 are still waiting for their promotion to TES Gr B even after 17 years."

The actual fact is promotee JTO who have joined in JTO cadre from 1998 to 2007 has been given retrospective year of recruitment purposefully by some vested interest groups, which is totally wrong as per DOPT guidelines and natural justice.

The Chennai case was different and not at all connected with the present DOPT before Hon.CAT EKM in its grounds. DR JTOs please understand the gravity of the case and the situation. Don't fall in any blind rumours

Pay of all JTOs of 2005 batch who joined after 01.01.2007 may be fixed at Rs.22820/- on date of joining the post of JTO as a special case.

AIGETOA Circle Team met Sr.GM(HR & Admin) in his chamber and discussed various pending issues which includes 

1. Publishing the updated Circle gradation List.

2. Immediate stopping of Look after arrangement in Kerala circle, as there is no valid Circle gradation list.

3. Confirmation in the Cadre of JTOs- 2009 and left out cases in 2007 recruitment Year.

4. Discrimination in issuing transfer orders.

DOPT case came for hearing today in the Hon. CAT Ernakulam, and the case has been posted after 6 weeks for hearing and directed BSNL and the applicants to submit the reply accordingly. STATUS QUO remains the same.

The Kochi Centre offers a 2 year long Executive Diploma Program in Management. The first batch of the program was admitted in April 2013. The program for the second batch of EPGP-PT is scheduled to commence in February 2014 and is expected to finish by March 2016. This program is offered in two batches i.e. Evening Batch and Week-end Batch.
