NOTIFICATION FOR Vth CIRCLE CONFERENCE Cum AGM OF AIGETOA KERALA AND ELECTION OF NEXT CIRCLE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

           As per the provisions in the AIGETOA Constitution and as decided in the Circle Executive committee meeting on 23/6/2019, the V^th Circle Conference cum AGM of AIGETOA Kerala is notified to be held on 12^th October 2019  ( Saturday ) at Kannur. The election of next Circle executive body of AIGETOA Kerala also notified along with the Circle Conference.

Details of Circle Conference :

•  Date & Time : 12^th  October 2019 ( Saturday )10:00Hrs.to 19:00Hrs.

•  Venue of the meeting :At Kannur (Exact venue will be informed later )

Details of the election process / schedule : 

Whole election process will be conducted according to rules & by-laws of AIGETOA constitution. In case of dispute if any , decision of Returning Officer &  CHQ Observer will be final.

 Date, Time and venue of Election: 12^th  October 2019, 15:00 Hrs, Kannur

•  Returning officer for election: Shri Vikas, Member @ 9446576571

•  Observer for election process : CHQ Nomination  (will be informed)

•  List of Electoral College: From Circle Collegium published on circle Website ( collegium members physically present at the Circle conference venue will constitute the electoral collegium )      Collegium list

•  Online acceptation of Nominations: From 15^th August 2019 to 31^st August 2019  (Any valid member of AIGETOA Kerala can file nomination) through Google Forms /  @ This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

•  Verification of nomination by returning officer & publishing of provisional list of nominations in Circle website will be done on or before 7^th  September  2019

•  Withdrawal of Nominations : from 8^th September 2019 to 15^th September 2019 by written request by email @ This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Ø  Final list of nominations will be displayed in Circle website on or before 20^th September 2019

•  Declaration of Result – on 12^th October 2019 after election proceedings
